Week 10 Run 3 - It's 5k Day! 🎉
Coach Alexa says: "Welcome to the final session of your Couch to 5k program - it's time to run 5k! As always, we'll start with a 5 minute brisk walk to warm up. Then we'll run a 5k! As always, we'll finish with a 5 minute brisk walk to cool down.

As everyone will complete their 5k in a different time, we've made the 5k section of this audio 45 minutes long, which should allow enough time for most people to complete their 5k. If it takes you a little longer than this - that's absolutely fine. It's the distance that we're aiming for - not any particular time.
 
The final 5 minutes of this audio are the brisk walk cool down, so whenever you complete the 5k distance, you can scroll to 51:45 and Coach Alexa will be waiting to congratulate you, and to guide you through your final 5 minute brisk walk cool down.
