Coach Alexa says: "Welcome back to your Couch to 5k program! For this session, we'll start with a 5 minute brisk walk to warm up. Then we'll do 6 minutes of running, 2 minutes of walking for a total of 24 minutes. We'll finish with a 5 minute brisk walk to cool down. When you've completed the session, do let us know how you found it, either via the app, on social media, or in the Club's private Facebook group. Good luck!"
