Coach Alexa says: "Your Couch to 5k journey starts here! For this first session, we'll start with a 5 minute brisk walk to warm up. Then we'll do 1 minute of running, 2 minutes of walking for a total of 21 minutes. We'll finish with a 5 minute brisk walk to cool down. When you've completed the session, do let us know how you found it, either via the app, on social media, or in the Club's private Facebook group.
