Sodium intake for runners 🧂
The aerage sodium loss is 950mg/litre lost through sweat (The range is 800 to 1100mg/litre)
This needs to be replaced in water in the quantities described in my last 2 videos.
Hydration is one of the, if not the most important thing in your training (and for health as well as cognitive function) 💧
Get hydration, sleep and nutrition wrong and progression as a runner will be severely limited.
