Hi Team We Run,

Here I share some thought on a great question asked by Keri 🙂

For a runner to progress more load needs to be added than they have done previously, otherwise fitness will plateau.

I like to think of this ‘more load’ on an annual basis, and of course there is a sweet spot and it’s individual for each runner.
